Change input method (common problem of windows 8)

If you type the @ key but type " Very easy to fix this problem follow this steps.
1.Open control panel
2.Change view by category
3.Click Change input method under the   Clock language and region.
4.Click Add a language.
5.Type word ENGLISH in search bar
6.Select English Language by double clicking
7.Click ENGLISH UNITED STATE and click ADD button.
8.Then Move up united state English.
9.Remove UK English.
